Lesley Ann Brandt (born December 2nd, 1981) is a South African model, actress and TV host. Brandt began her career as a model in New Zealand with the sitcom Diplomatic immunity. Her American debut was in her role as Naevia on the historical drama Spartacus: Blood and Sand. The actress appeared in numerous television series during the last decade including Spartacus: Gods of the Arena CSI: NY Single Ladies as well as The Librarians. In the year 2016 Brandt is playing the character as Mazikeen in the series of urban fantasy Lucifer which stars Tom Ellis Lauren German and Kevin Alejandro. Brandt grew up at Cape Town South Africa. When she reached her late teens, she relocated from Cape Town to Auckland New Zealand along with her parents and siblings. Brandt started her modelling career with ads and commercials. Prior to when she was a model with a protracted career, Brandt was a saleswoman in retail as well as a consultant in recruitment for information technology. She landed her first featured role in 2009 in the New Zealand sitcom Diplomatic Immunity where she took on the role as Leilani Fa'auigaese. In 2021, she made her first big appearance in Spartacus Blood and Sand on Starz. She played a slave girl named Naevia. She has as well reprised her Naevia role in the prequel miniseries Spartacus: Gods of the Arena. Craig Parker was her co-star in three separate TV shows, including Diplomatic Immunity (2009), Spartacus (2010) and Legend of the Seeker (2008). She also was cast playing an enigmatic bounty hunter called Mazikeen on the Netflix series Lucifer. The most prominent role she has is this one. She is co-starring in the show alongside Tom Ellis Lauren Germany Kevin Alejandro, and D. B. Woodside.
